A few words about us…
In a privileged location just 2 minutes by car from the center of Aliveri and similarly just a breath from the beach are the 12 separate rooms.
The purpose of our accommodation is to serve guests who are looking for a warm and comfortable place in a picturesque destination just an hour and a half from Athens (44 km. from the city of Chalkida and 110 km. from Athens).
What we thought and achieved based on peoples’ reviews, was that the access from the unit city center should be close but provide an escape from the rhythm of everyday life in a city. Also, quickly reachable destinations such as beautiful beaches of the Aegean, harbors, attractions and a health center were among the key points that were considered for the correct location of the accommodation.
The uniqueness of “Aliveri Residence Apartments” lies in the combination of traditional combined with modern architecture having soft colors in a warm and welcoming ambience from the staff throughout the year. It is worth mentioning that this is a family business that wholeheartedly focuses on your unforgettable stay.

After staying in the Mandravelos apartment for 3 weeks in December we went back to stay there for another 4 weeks in March because it is a great place to stay! It is a familybusiness and they are very nice and helpful people. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped, very comfortable and very, very clean. We enjoyed the private balcony with a view over the beautiful garden and the area around. We really felt like home each time when we stayed there and we highly recommend the place!!”
